At Grand Outlet, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

• Damaged or defective

• Incorrect item received

• Different from the product ordered

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund for eligible returns. Refunds will be issued through the available payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.
